They didn't look that good against Korea. They got lucky that they tied that game. Korea looked to have the upper hand all game. Although, Canada got smoked by Chile. I have to say Chile looked amazing.

Ya but Korea can play really strong, did you see them put Brazil on their heels? Korea lost but it was tight at the end.
Do you play? My team goes into playoffs next week, I am the keeper and a bit of a dink that other teams hate. Big surprise huh:devil:

Back on track? Why?
All these type of threads turn into is people patting the red team on the back followed by a bunch of speculation by members. At least the world cup under 20 is concrete information.

I'd love to know, how did "the board drama" show up? Was it something that gradually dawned on the Red Team, until somebody finally said, "Houston, we have a problem," or did something suddenly go sproing and misbehave so badly it was obvious? Or was it purely a case of a supplier saying, "Oh you wanted the board to do that?" I'd love to know. And I for one will be raising a glass for Red tonight. Well done all.

Jim. You're enthusiasm is contagious. ;-). At least unlike Bill Gates, with your Oakley sale, you should have a few Billion more to make you and our dreams come true with RED. I'm very happy to see a non compete clause, as that will mean most of your time will be spent with the Hollywood crowd... which I'm taking you can't wait to um... work with you're new enthusiasm.
As George Lucas said to Steven Spielberg, (paraphrased) you can always move North. ;-) There is some nice property north of SF that would love to see RED North. OH, you can keep your So Cal Beach House for weekends and Holidays. ;-)
But seriously, I'm glad to see your full interest in RED. Please share your updates and passions with us, as it is getting way tooooo boring here lately.
We don't need the drama (unless you want to share), but at least update the dreams. I'd love to hear about RED focus and other goodies that didn't make it to NAB... or if Apple will soon support Blu-Ray authoring for God's Sake!
Thanks again - Jim and RED team. You make our dreams come true and please do not take a ride into space for another 2 or 3 years. Cheers!

Great! And just for the record, it has been a very short delay after all - Especially compared to the usual industry-timelines. Matrox was 4 years late with Digisuite and so many products were announced and never delviered.
To be totally honest: I am impressed. When we heared of your timeline in April 2006, most of our employees said in the meeting: "Impossible in that timeframe, lets better plan with half a year delay" - seems we were wrong and i am happy about it.

Big sigh of relief here. Projects are pending everywhere.
Its funny to talk to (some) local rental houses who still feel this camera may not see the light of day...
Keep'n the faith.

Hey Acehole, I see those condo conversion guys on the street every day. I found a new website to help me in my vulture hunt for a good condo. http://www.condovultures.com/ The problem is that people are not desperate enough yet. I am keeping my money on the sidelines for now.
Good to hear the RED board problem is fixed.

So Jim, is it safe to say that you found new suppliers and thus have lifted the delay? I'm guessing you put the re-spun boards in the cameras for Wanted and Soderberg's films, so the only other cause of the delay that was left was the suppliers. Am I right?

That's great news. I was wondering, since things are or seem to be back on track, is there some way a price breakdown of the accessories price can be made available? (Individual part prices)
