Quickest way to swap lenses - Nikon to PL

I've been looking at lens adapters for the RED one and came across this one:

Does anyone have experience with this adapter? I have the RED 18-50mm PL lens and two Canon lenses (Nikon DX AF-S NIKKOR 18-70mm 1:3.5-4.5G ED and the Nikon ED AF NIKKOR 70-300mm 1:4-5.6 D). This adapter seems like the fastest and most practical way to switch between them.

Has anyone used this or similar lens adapters?

Taylor, I looked into that and what it does is turn your Nikon lenses into macro only lenses. Hopefully, with Epic it will be a bit easier to switch mounts quickly.
