Greetings all, I've been shooting with my RED #2349 on Build 17 for some time now. I have never had any problems with the files or the camera until now.

The strangest thing happened to 2 clips in the middle of the Raid Magazine. (They are labeled as RED in the finder).

After the first frame the files become washed out? See below.

Every other clip on the magazine works great, they were all shot at the same time, no settings were changed.

I have opened and tested the clips in QT Pro, Final Cut Pro, and RedALERT (all latest versions) Still same result. This happens with the proxy as well as the

Are these files toast? Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

That Looks like you are missing a color channel. Try checking the gain in the RGB channels in Red Alert /Redcine. Could be a similar glitch to when footage is all black (exposure or contrast set to minus). It's likely to be a metadata thing.

I've had similar issues in the past with overexposed shots...see this thread.

Exactly, sounds like meta data. Try resetting everything in Red Alert and I'll bet you find it's all there, safe and sound.
