So earlier I supported the $1250 transfer and warranty fees
as my company jumped the line.
But we shipped the Camera Body May 20th It arrived at REd May 22
and we still don't have our body back. 3 weeks is a bit long for an inspection
and transfer.
What needs to improve even more is communication. I don't like having to chase down what is happening and its been 2 to 3 days response time
per email.
Im not one to usually complain like this but I do so because I think most
would agree that this processes needs refinement.
I paid a premium to "jump the line" so I could get delivery faster on RPP's and RED ROCKET... etc...
but 3 weeks and counting and no indication of WHEN im getting my body
makes one wonder.
