I recently (4-5 weeks ago) had two cameras transferred to me. Unfortunately I have not be granted access to the firmware downloads of camera owners yet. When I tried to download the firmware using my login, I got an error saying I did not own a camera and therefore could not get the firmware.
Do I need to do something special to make this happen? I figured this would automatically happen once ownership was transferred. I'm also not receiving the email blasts that camera owners receive. The previous owner is still having to forward these to me.
Who do I need to call/email/PM to get these issues taken care of?
