Does the Oakley Luxottica merger effect RED at all? Are RED and Oakley completely seperate?

I think somebody already has a lot of cash, and it's going into RED. :)

Oakley, if the deal goes through, was bought for more than 1 billion. Jim has a non compete clause and will stay on the board. In other words, Jim is about to spend his full time on RED and have over 1 billion dollars in cash to help fund his new love - RED. Rejoice... this is great news, as Oakley will no longer distract Jim as much. He has chosen RED as his new company.
The real question is when will Jim build a new RED building since his cool Oakley building is no longer his. (My question though, does the B-52 rocket ejection seats in the waiting room, and Jim's dragster on the wall go with the sell or will he build a new RED building to hang them in along the other relics like panavision, dalsa, arriflex, film and early digital cameras... ;-)
