Currently using Lacie 2GB Quadra HDD for a project and making multiple copies using RAID 0 and RAID 1.

I would like to know issues in regards to Hardware RAID which is there in Lacie?

I have only bad experiences regarding LaCie. I had a LaCie 4 bay HD raid in raid-level 5 config. and the controler destroyed twice my data. Dumped it. New designs might be better though.
