Is this reservation holder credit benefit still in or has it disappeared?

It's in effect up to the moment you pick up your camera (at which time you will have to decide what to do with the credit offered)

Yep, that's the way it works, nutman. :) Or that's how I understand it too...

The credit only applies to the original 1500 or so reservation holders that actually have been issued camera numbers.
