Fast, Cheap, 135mm ( PL Mount too )

I seriously had to blow of some steam after shooting a few more days on the "Unsolved Crimes Pilot". I'd had this Spiratone 135mm f1.8 that was just begging to have a PL mount on it.

Anyway here's what happened....No hacksaws were involved.

What's inside ? That's quite a big triplet in the middle...

I'll shoot some photographic tests once I get reunited with our Red. I don't think it will be crazy sharp, but these lenses are supposed to be quite pretty, and rough tests with my Nikon seem to point solidly that way.

Hi Matt,

Did u make that? Nice lathe work. I have been tempted to toy with making some Pl mounts for various lenses, I think you just inspired me ;-)
