:arf: I'm looking for the best (read lowest) deal on RPP's rental. I have some really great quotes so far but want to test the waters...
Feature shoots 27th July through August, ultra low budget, on RED. :emote_happyhappy:
I need a "data"/DIT/DAM/ person...
I would love a 2nd AC but can not afford....:mad2:
I hate asking for low rates :icon_bs: - So, I won't.
Perhaps there are those looking for experience or their first gig...
Trade? I'll come slave for you...
Just putting it out there.

There is a budget. Still working out the numbers for the 2nd and DIT/DAM though. As of now, high chance of additional funding which means semi-decent rates for all. (1st is around $225/day)
Also need grips and elecs so, if you guys know anyone who's looking for work at low rates or experience or whatever...
Any newbie Steadicam guys out there? Dolly grips?
Few night days in the schedule but not the type where you readjust and then readjust again. Fast set ups, 6-8 pages a day - WILL NOT WORK OVER 12. (We are not being paid to kill ourselves.)
Have a gaffer coming with me or, I have someone in LA already.

Thanks for all of the responses! This is looking really good.
DIT/DAM and 2nd AC spots - lots of responses, I think we're good here.
Any techno jib owners out there?
Dolly grips?
Still looking for RPP's as well. This is one item that is a "wish list" item however, the rates being offered make them a very doable reality. If you have the set and are renting them out, please send me a PM with rates (or post to thread if you wish).
I'm also looking for a back up wireless FF unit. I have Kwan's VF unit on hold but would like to have a back up (Bartech/Preston) if possible.
Anyone with a Rock 'n Roll handle?

Dolly grip?
RPP rates? (16 days) I have some really great offers on sets... really great. But need better. I'll trade camera rental for lens rental? Slave for you... my first born?
I have an offer to rent for $500/week - sadly, I have to look for better for the moment....

Hi All!
I'm also shooting a low budget indie with my RED ONE package, starting in just under three weeks. The shoot will run for one month. It looks like we're looking at a Zeiss Super Speed package for the shoot at a similar rate, but if any RPP owners are wanting to rent out their set for $500 / week I would be more than happy to take you up on it... PM me if anyone's interested. I'd like to try them out.
Thanks!

Shawn,
If you still need a dolly grip, you should call Bobby Fever at 310-384-0094...
He has an 'eye' for camera movement...and is very dependable...
He has also worked with the Red quite a bit....
See his resume at mandy.com/services/grip-boom/bobbyfever...
He's also on facebook and imdb....
Good luck!
