Any chance of making the color used for edge focus user changeable?

I find it very difficult to make out the red on gray as I'm a bit red deficient.

Not enough to get me in trouble, just a thin range of red that happens to be the color used for edge focus!

The result is I see the entire frame pretty much as gray!

If we had the ability to select between red and yellow it would make a huge difference.

It would be nice to be able to change the color. I'm sure it's pretty easy to change color in the programming, but the user interface would have to be altered and that might take someone 4-8 hours they don't have right now. It's probably on their list of 1000 things to do.

Please make "edge colour" colour selectable, i work in a theatre occasionally that has lots of red seat and carpet where i have to setup. the red reflects from all this on to my monitor making the red edge less visible. Also as red is a short wavelength wouldn't blue etc be better to define the edge?

Also I would love to be able to more easily switch between edge colour and false colour !

Cheers, Tim.

Red is a long wavelength compared to blue, but otherwise all valid points, Tim.
I second the idea. I would like to be able to make it white, as it nicely contrasts with dark subjects that are difficult to focus on.

And while we're at it: can the waveform display be brought back at full strength the way it was when it was first introduced? With red at the top and blue at the bottom?
