Ha Reveal! That was hllarious.
He missed one though. The Single handed "Shotgun" or "bullwhip" slate where you flick it open and closed by a corner when you can't quite get into frame with two hands.

1 more, the back-flip slate where you roll the slate backwards with one hand from the left end then have it slam itself when you turn the slate straight.

He also missed the slowly slide a larger slate across a tight shot to get all the details in shot. :-)
