Panasonic email want's your red.

Hello everyone let me start out by saying i am not a red user yet but hope to get money to buy a red one soon. The economy down here in mexico is not that good so work has gone down . I just wish red did something like this . i would trade in my hvx200 my sony betacam 2/3 camera just to get half price off. The thing is that i had some savings to buy the red one but the dollar exchange rate is now 14 pesos for every dollar that means i would have to pay like 5thousand more dollars just to get the red one well to get to the point i recived this email today maybe panasonic wants you to trade your red one so it canReverse engineering.? or maybe they now see red not like a little dream but the real rival. something has them worried . good job red team keep up what you are doing.

Red isnt about do make an exchange like that, since the panasonic exchange is most likely in response to Red's quick takeover of their marketshare.

If RED charged for their camera as other companies do, they could easily offer you half price - and you'd still pay more.
