Hi,
We had our Red one shooting in steadycam , car rig, etc for last few days.
We gave necessary protection to the batteries etc by putting tapes etc.
Till yesterday everything was okay.
Today morning when we put the battery the camera was not booting.As it was an indoor shoot we used the DC cable to give power to the camera.
After the shoot we opened the battery plate from the cradle and refitted it.
Camera then started on with the battery but the battery percentage indicator is showing DC and battery also fails sometime leading to camera shutdown.
What could be the issue?Is this something related to battery plate?Please help.
