Need a Nikon Mount for Purchase or Rent for the month of August

Hi Everyone... Getting ready to roll on a series of different shoots in different parts of the country so my time frame for purchasing (I would also consider renting) this mount is razor thin. I need this Nikon Mount in Chicago by Tuesday... Paypal is a must due to my time crunch. It would be great to get the Long Valley Mount that allows me to adjust the iris on lenses without the manual iris so I can use the Tokina 11-16mm--but hey, I will take either mount that I can get at this point. Also, a good deal would be appreciated as well.:thumbsup:

Andrew - if you're still looking and can't find a Long Valley modified, we have a standard Nikon mount we don't use and could put in a FedEx box on Monday and have to you on Tuesday. I say have... as in I would have to go in there and put my hand on it but I'm sure it's in there somewhere. Let me know if you are still looking - otherwise best of luck with the shoots.

Thank you very much for the help, I greatly appreciate it. Please put your hands on it if you can and I would like to put you on stand by while I wait for a response from another red user. This gentleman is also quite busy and will not be able to get the mount to me until Wednesday. Unfortunately I really need it by Tuesday and would be quite happy to pay for Fed Ex overnight.

Do you have a paypal account? If you do and my guy can't hook me up fast enough (which is understandable- most of us are quite busy) then I would love to buy your mount.

Either way, I really can't thank you enough for the positive response...

IanK hooked me up with a Nikon mount and I am thankful he could do it in time for my deadline.

Just ordered a nice set of Duclos modded ZeissZF lenses (28mm, 35mm 50mm, 85mm and the 100mm) and a modded Tokina 11-16 zoom. I will have them in the morning by 10:30am... I cannot wait to shoot with them and have loads of work to use them on over the next 8 weeks. :)

BTW, Michele Duclos was incredibly helpful in making sure that they had the lenses that I needed in stock and could get them to me when I needed to have them for prep. I really appreciate the wonderful service! I look forward to making my second order shortly...:smile5:
