Apple went after websites with the name iPod in them (eg. iPodLounge.com). It's within Red's right to do the same, so I would be careful using the "Red" trademark in your domain name. :meh:

The word "red" is too generic for Red Digital Cinema Company to make any claim to it. If it infringes on them in some form or fashion that might be different. Frankly I don't think Jim would care two hoots at the end of the day, afterall it's not as if anyone can have a better domain name than www.red.com is it? :)
