The post that Jim just made regarding RED and S.S's shoot in the hot hot heat reminded me of something I've been thinking about for a while... What is the final expected (or hoped for) operating Temp of RED? Would I be able to, say, take her to Nepal once all the kinks have been smoothed out?

some test have to be done in cold temperature as well. I think there is some RED to go in Norway, and mine will should be in Switzerland around november, so not a bad time to test cold weather up on top of swiss mountain... i will let you know, as others will surely do as well.

Hi Explosive,
Take two of her to Nepal and keep one in a hot or chilly box.
I never travel to exotic locals without a back-up camera body.
On a shoot O.S., I had a guy rip the extension viewfinder off a
camera and smash it over the lens????
We were parked in his driveway and he'd had a bad day.
Just pulled out the second body and kept on shooting.
In his driveway.
Cheers Mezmo

I shoot 80% in the Snow Much in High alpine COLD COLD Climate
I am more concerned with the hot Camera icing up when I Turn it Off
and Condensation
