Software for Detailed Cataloging of Footage

Can anybody recommend software for cataloging a library of footage for a shooter such as myself who shoots footage primarily for stock? I've built up a library of what is now 2 TB of footage shot on 35mm and the RED ONE and it really needs organization. I keep TIFF frames of each shot, so a program that I could incorporate still frames along with detailed descriptions along with some sort of call numbers would be ideal.
