About bloody time....

My knowledge of 3D cinematography is, at this point, very limited. The footage in this trailer is beautiful, as I expected. But I was lead to believe that James Cameron was employing an experimental method/technique/whatever, that had a lot of other directors swooning. Anyone know what the deal is?

Am I the only one who things this movie looks awful?
The CGI animation looks like a computer game animated sequence and the Realworld actors make the lame, overstylised, Pre phantom menace CGI stand out as even worse.
Funny to think that the CGI from Jurrasic park, a movie over ten years old slams this movie in the face
