Enough "focus throw" with Redrock equipment?

I have some Nikon's that I plan on using on RED until I can afford their cine lenses or other cine style lenses, but I was wondering if I use RedRock's REMOTE, MOTORIZED follow focus with the gear rings they provide, will I be getting closer to a "cine style" focus throw for my rack focuses?

I would think with a machine pulling the focus, that would take the human error out of it, plus with the Redrock gears, it "fake" the barrel's girth to a more cine-style girth.

To me this suggests either the motor or remote has the ability to be calibrated which infers it can be made to act differently depending on the camop or lens settings required. Basically the only things that can be calibrated is the distance the ff knob can be turned to power the motor from A to B or the speed at which the motor moves in reaction to the user moving the ff knob.

In answer to your question I'd be 95% sure it should help. This is one of the factors I believe the Birger mount and ff knob should be capable of too.

I'm not sure I entirely understand the question, but let me take a shot

there is a speed adjustment knob for the programmatic in-out points so those can go as fast or slow as you want.

The microRemote focus wheel has cinema lens-style travel, so even if you use it with still lenses, it will act like a cinema lens in terms of travel. Also keep in mind the redrock lens gears are larger diameter which means you have more diameter with which to work.

ahhh, my neglected prodigal product! it's still there in development, but the other products are taking priority at the moment (evidence the numerous other threads here). Many folks have made themselves content with temporary solutions such as small binder clips, so they haven't been pressing for this either.
