Bet On-Line Site to Post your Demo Reel

Can anybody recommend some of the better sites to post your demo reel? I have been searching and there seems to be numerous options. I'd also like to hear some of the pros and cons to possibly going this route.

Ideally, posting your demo reel to your own site is the way to go. I do see a lot of people post their demo reels on vimeo.

Vimeo's probably the highest-quality general-public site. Creative Cow is doing video/reel hosting now. I haven't tried it, but quality looks ok.

Vimeo will let you download the high quality HD versions for a week before they let you download the HD compressed versions which is pretty cool too
