They are both!

I think some of the most progressive people were aggressive in their passion for change, much like Red

It also pays to be obsessive, to try and keep your work hours successive, avoid those who are regressive and repressive; and when it comes to your intellectual property, don't be ashamed to be possessive... in the end, the results will surely be impressive.

CHINESE Culture want RED-volution, is Progressive
CHINESE in Mainland to me are less Aggressive,

Change is good, brave, more options, Future etc. but I know Scientist
is quite " Sensitive " and we have found one Mad Scientist in a Crowd.

Excessive changes in Science Labs : Explosive ? Destructive ? Expensive ?

I think he could be refering to Jims proposal to remove the 720 and 1080. Is this considered aggressive or progressive? (EDIT. Okay its not about that, spoke too soon Stu)

In anycase, As RGD said, I think they both go hand in hand. Architects of change often swim in opposite directions. Aggressive practice is often the cost of true progress.
