RED ONE 1151 stolen

in the night of 31.08/01.09 in Bülach (environs Zürich)in a private, locked underground carpark,our car was broken into and the following items were stolen:

RED ONE serialnumber: 1151
1 LCDmount (assembled on the RED ONE) manufacture: ActionProducts
1 Nikon Objective AF-S 17-35mm F/2.8 IF-ED
1 RED Zoom 18-85mm (the big, heavy one)
1 160Gig Drive with aprox. 24 clips of Lucerne, steamboat, Kappelbridge and
other impressions of surrounding areas in switzerland
1 RED Akku
various cables
1 compendium

we fear that the robbers don't know what they have stolen and will get rid of the items asap by casting them in a bin or trying to sell them for almost nothing.
The people from RED are informed and if you hear or see anything please contact us. A finder reward is guaranteed!
The camera is in the european police searchsystem

I really wish you good luck in the recovery, but pardon me to have to say this.. AGAIN!! We have posted this so many times in so many ways..

DON'T LEAVE YOUR GEAR IN YOUR VEHICLES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Chances always are, and very good ones, I might add, that the tifs are not stranger to what you have in your car, and only wait for the right opportunity for you to leave the gear unattended in your car, so that they can take it from you!!


Look first among those that are close and around you, working with you, and or watching you work and use your gear.

Again, please don't be offended by my remark, I do fill your pain, but taking precautions is always a must, and this has already happened so many times is not even funny, and all could have been easily avoided, by not leaving the gear in the vehicles.

Work in bussiness almost 20 years.
Camera ALWAYS comes with me to dinner/hotel/WC/EVERYWHERE.
Never leave camera and tapes in a car.
I was never stolen.
