SDI Out Stopped working

I have a carrion Monitor and suddenly the SDI input from the Red stopped working. I do not have another SDI camera or another SDI monitor to be able to isolate the problem, I have tested multiple cables. I may have to go into a rental house next week to try to isolate the problem.

I can come out of the HDMI port of the Red and works fine with the Carrion. Has anyone experienced this before? I am wondering if the ET breakout box could have gone bad. Perhaps there is some menu setting I have inadvertently changed?

I'd try two things.

First check the PVW output setting - is it et to Video (720p) or Menus (DVI), HD-SDI does not work with the latter.

Then try one of the other HD-SDI outs, when not n playback the PVW and both HD-SDI outputs carry the same signal, so its very unlikely all these outputs are bad..

I had this happen once on build 17. The output clock signal went berserk and nothing could sync with the camera. A quick reinstall fixed it.
