Hi guys,
Have recently ordered the 11-16 lens from Duclos and am curious what primes best cut with this lens.
Has anyone done any testing ?

search the SALT lens test threads. LOADS and LOADS of info there.

My 11-16 looks really nice with the RPP's.

Also goes well with fries and a shake.

Pretty much what i thought , its the hamburger of all lenses :-) seriously though at this price its a great deal for a high quality wide zoom.

I have used the 11-16 on shows with the RPP's and Zeiss super speeds and it matches both sets very well. Mostly using it on steadicam shots and it is fantastic for that due to its light weight, sharpness, and short zoom range. It does really well wide open as well.
Nice piece of glass for sure.

Tokina's 11-16mm could well be the best lens bargain of the decade. I've had no problem cutting it in with Master Primes, or Canon stills glass.

Would be really curious how it matches the new Cooke Panchro lenses. Being the same speed T2.8 could be a great addition to that set.
