Media Optins Puzzled!

Hello Everyone...

I am about to place an order for a RED ONE kit... still, I am not getting it with media options...
What should I buy... I need advice... would the Red Drive be good enough for all possible formats of recording? what is the difference between those different media options exactly?
Any help from the Red team? or from anyone knows more about this?
