Pulling Focus On Stedicam for LIVE show?!#$%

Focus pulling for reality TV Show on stedicam with red? The shoot days will collect 15 hours of RED footage a day at 2K for six months. 2 REDS one on a stedicam and another on a tripod, with two sony PMW EX3's as B Roll cameras. All our bugs are fixed but pulling focus with RED lenses on a stedicam. HELP!!!

Focus on film lenses is much more critical then those of ENG lenses normally used for TV. My thoughts are: you could get 2 wireless focus pulling systems like they use on 24 and get 2 guys who know how to use them or configure your red's with ENG lenses so pulling focus won't be as critical.

Not to state the obvious, but you need a very experienced Steadicam operator and assistant, people who are used to working together and can make your setup work for you.

Cinetape and a Wireless Remote System/which the Steadi guy probably has.
