I know right now everyone (myself included) is really excited about the newest technical developments over at RED, but I just want to say that these awesome cameras would be nothing without the incredible support team backing them up.
Last week I was shooting in Hawaii, and, like an idiot, I got too close to a wave and my camera got splashed. Sean Ruggeri responded to my support ticket within 30 minutes, and he always answered the phone when I called to check the repair status. I got my camera back quickly and they gave me a fair price on the repairs.
I love this company. Thanks for everything you guys do.

Fully agree. I got my harddisk returned within a week. I really was surprised.

I second that.. I had shipping issues and within 3 minutes they replied my emails and picked up their phones... Even when one of them was on vacation!!
They make me hate "the other camera guys" so bad!!!
