Is anyone else is experiencing a lag when scrubbing through the footage in Rocket Cine-X ? For instance if you're trying to find a specific point in a clip and your hunting/scrolling back and forth (are you experiencing about a 1 second delay)? Or is this just isolated to my system?

There's a delay on the monitor output because of the way the card buffers output to guarantee realtime output.

OK will this cause a problem if you want to playback dailies to burn directly to DVD,
My thought, playback autosynced sound and R3D files through SDI to a DVD burner, will this work in regards to sound if there is a picture lag?

The answer was directly related to scrubbing, not playback.
For synced audio, the audio is buffered and synced as it goes out the HDSDI.
Again, to guarantee that it's locked. Audio and timecode is being wrapped up in the firmware for rocket now.

Deanan,
I'm not getting audio sync out of HD-SDI, but am getting it on the computer monitor. Are you saying that it should be in sync now, or that a soon to be released firmware update will make it sync?
thanks,
Michael

Soon to be released where audio and TC will be part of the HDSDI signal.
