Suggestions for new Web Host?

So my current web host is being a jerk and kicking me off their servers because the scripts I installed through them in CPanel is allowing hackers in. Yeah, don't use hostmonster.com for service, because you won't get any.

So I am now looking for a new hosting service. Does anyone have any suggestions for a hosting service that offers a solid hosting package for under $10 a month with CPanel?

Second that one. Been using them for over 5 years now, never any major issues, quick and friendly support. And they allow multiple domains.

A lot of bang for the buck, good customer service, reasonably fast servers, great uptime. I've been with them for years and haven't had any problems.
