I don't mind Norwegian at all. Point is that some are not all that fluent in English...

As for quoting the FAQ, always give simple credit to me as "Brook Willard". If possible, state that it's a work in progress. As for translation... translate away - just be sure to state that I was not involved in the translation. "Independently translated from Brook Willard's RED ONE FAQ on REDuser.net" or something.
I'm gonna OT this... just to clean it up. The RED boards are a wee bit busy these days! :)
