So i just downloaded the new release build from Red. I upgraded the camera, followed all the instructions exactly, and the camera read that it had upgraded successfully. When i went to power cycle the camera, the camera never booted up. It read bootting... on the back for a full 20 minutes. The evf and lcd would blink, the evf would read evf not selected and nothing. The internal fan in the camera started up, the booting... on the back dissappeared, and then nothing for the rest of the time. I tried powering down, unplugging all the peripherals (evf and monitor) and still nothing. I tried reverting back to the beta 21, nothing. i also tried reverting back to build 20, nothing. i am currently on a feature job in Hong Kong, so this is quite the emergency situation. if anyone can help me, or offer any advice, i would greatly appreciate it. at this point i just want the camera to start, no matter the build
cheers

I don't know about the release build. Last I installed was the BETA 21.3.1 and it worked fine. At least one other person seems to be having an issue with the release build. http://reduser.net/forum/showthread.php?t=37883
If you can't get your camera working, you should look up Dan Carew from indie2zero.com (http://www.indie2zero.com/). I know he's got a camera in HK. Maybe you could arrange for a fill-in until you get yours up and running. Just a thought.
Good luck!

That sounds more like a hardware issue rather than a firmware one.
As the camera won't boot I won't ask you for the camera LOG file, but do you know what the camera PIN is, or failing that the serial number?

Hey Stuart, my camera wont bring up any of that information, my serial number is 5653.

Update: We are investigating these reports, and until we have a conclusion, have pulled Build 21 v21.3.2 as an official release.
Build 20 v20.1.6 is the current official release, and Build 21 v21.3.1 is available as a Beta release for those who want to shoot in 4.5K.
This is not a problem that showed up during Beta test, and the number of reports are low, but we need to understand the root cause.
We appreciate your support and patience if it has affected you in any way.
