I remember getting this for some reason, and I can't remember what caused this - one thing to look for is that there are no spaces on the path to the target folder anywhere. That has been fixed in the new Avid libraries to be handed over to RED soon. But I have been able to batch transcode many clips at a time.

Ok that does it! Take out all the spaces and it renders all files.
I guess I missed that part in the manual. :)

NOw the new issue, in the avid the clips came over but audio ch1 sounds like Jabba the Hut. Ch2 is correct
any thoughts?

Initial testing of the new libraries we handed over to Deanan and team have several fixes such as spaces in file path, etc. but also includes a bug in the way audio was being written. Perhaps it is related to what you are seeing and will be fixed with the updated release.
