Hi,
I am using a Quadro 5800 card with HP Dreamcolor . Can I get a full screen playback display on the HP thru the display port and GUI on seperate monitor thru DVI out of the card.If yes then please let me know the settings

Depends on your application, more than the hardware. Should be possible in most editing/grading applications.
