Hi there
Jim mentioned awhile back that they where considering if there was a market for a set of RED prime lenses and I was wondering if RED have any news on this.
With reservations reaching 4 figures it would be fantastic if RED could offer a set of quality 35mm prime lenses as I know many people need lenses to go with their RED ONE.

If this does happen, I think Jim will wait until NAB for any prime lens announcements.
"If you thought what we announced at NAB 2006 was interesting, just wait until NAB 2007.
This should send chills up industry dresses...

I would flip for an f2 prim kit from RED.

Methinks Jim has got aces up his sleeve - besides the RedOne, a host of pleasant surprises to come @ NAB - methinks.

Jim seems to take on Goliath when he starts a fight so I could see the primes being faster then T2.

methinks price'd be closer to $10K-15K for a prime set.
it would not be imprudent to have your credit card/pay pal ready for NAB.
April flowers brings Jim's powers.
methinks....

10-15k to rebarrel lets say a 14, 20, 28, 35 and a 50mm to provide correct rotation and expanded scaling of footage and apreture scales would be great. Hope it can be done in that price range.
