I have confirmed with my accountant and, if Epic is invoiced and paid for before 31 of December 2009 and delivered before 31 December 2010, the purchaser will qualify for a 50% tax deduction from the Australian Government.

Can you assist the Australin Government in their move to support film making?

All you need to do is to accpet the money and deliver the Epic by 31 December 2010 which, I hope, should be not too much trouble.

Could it be an alternative that you get said invoice from a (trusted) company that invoices you for the Epic, then purchases it in your name in 2010 and delivers it to you.

Possibly, but most likely too complicated. Surely RED can accept a request to pay them money. I know, it takes a bit of effort, but it is not that hard as it seems. I'm sure. :hand: LOL
