cropping r3d files 30 min limit

We are experiencing crashing after 30 minutes when cropping footage using Red Rocket and Rocket Cine X software. Any ideas how to solve this issue?

Secondarily it is taking very long time, about 1:15 ratio for cropping and resizing.

Any idea how to speed it up?

That doesn't sound normal. Can you email me the log files (userfolder/Library/Application Support/Red/Rocketcinex/logs).
