Can you please let me know how I should store RED brick batteries when they are not going to production. Sometimes they are just sitting in the case for about a week and sometimes for even more then a month. Should I store them fully charged or drained. What is the best way to store them?
Thanks

They are Lithium Ion, so any usage activity -- draining or charging, will incrementally reduce their lifespan. This chemistry does not have "memory" so the best thing to do is to simply leave them in whatever state they are in and charge as needed for your next job.
Of course, I work at a rental house so we cannot do this. We have to check to make sure the batteries are charged when the kits return and before they are put back on the shelves. We process the entire camera package through and then prep them s they are ready to be pulled for a rental at any time. But we're also busy enough that this usually isn't more than a few days between rentals if we're floating our schedule well. It means that we eat through our batteries faster, but that's the price of doing business.
Room temp, as is, until needed... basically what Mitch said.

Li-ion batteries should not be left completely drained. Charge it before you leave it.
