How to tell source frame rate?

Alright, newb question. How do I tell what frame rate a clip was shot at? Trying to ramp it back to "normal" motion and am having trouble guessing what it was shot at originally, RedAlert isnt helping.

If it's shot varispeed the timecode will tell you the base framerate.

Have you tried Clipfinder?

Or open a proxy in Quicktime, it will tell you.
