L Shaped Drive/Battery Mount with skull looking thing on it.

Been looking all over the forum for the company that makes this thing. Anybody know what the companies name is and a link to it.

I saw it in the forums a couple of months ago. It was made out of aircraft grade aluminum with screw in points all over it in the shape of an L bracket, and the screw holes made a skull shape in the middle.
