I did some research work on the hundreds of people who have purchased a RED101 DVD.. Some surprising information:
65% of the people who purchased it did NOT own a RED.
Of that 65%
85% of them said they got it to "get familiar" with the RED ONE in preparation for their move to either Epic or Scarlet.
The next most important question I did not ask sadly:
Was it useful for that purpose?
I did ask a few people personally, and every person that I asked said "yes". But I would have needed to ask a lot more for it to be credible.
This goes to show there is a hunger for the Epic and Scarlet cameras.
People are grabbing whatever they can to get information on these things.
I'm telling you folks, when those cameras hit the market, if they do what Jim and Co says they will do..
Hold onto your hats!

PS If you think this is a subtle plug for the DVD you are wrong. There's nothing subtle about it. :001_tt2:
