If we shoot windowed will there be a seperate window for S16 and a window for B4, or are all "windowed" shots sampled from the 2k region, as this will make a difference on our multiplication factor. I shoot alot of really wide shots, and that is going to be the toughest thing on this camera. (most lenses will have a sign multiplication factor -- even the Red lens will I suppose unless you are shooting 4.5K -- or is the 4k image sampled from the 4.5k space on the sensor?)

Two windowed sensor areas are currently allowed -
4K - Academy 35 mm
2K - Super 16 mm / B4 using adaptor
4.5K (not a window of course) - Super 35 mm

Note 1080p and 720p recordings are designed to have the same FOV, due to the design of the internal scaling engine. This means that 1080p, 1080i and 720p footage will all have the the same optical characteristics...
