AVID xml and clipfinder prob

i ve imported an AVID xml into clipfinder, it loads all the list of the clips. but all the clips starts at 0 that the first prob, then i have to relink to r3d files so i choose replace mov by r3d i choose the folder where all my .rdc are and nothing happens.
can someone help me ?
