R3D to D1/NTSC .MOVs (V210) on Da Rocket

guys, for the life of me, I keep looking around the rocjket interface (rocketcine) and cant find a way to take 16x9 4khd footage, compress it horizontally to 720, have it compress vertically to the appropriate resolution (most likely 405) and fill in the rest with black bars so then I can encode to V210.

As a bonus I would like to Add 3:2 pulldown.

any hints?

Not in front of my Rocket setup now, so can't confirm, but does RocketCine-X have the "fit width x.9" option like other Red software? This should give the correct aspect for SD NTSC.

I'd like to see them add other options for eg anamorphic PAL as well.

Can I ask why you want 3:2 pull-down? For editorial it is surely better to stick to 24p, and even for dailies DVDs they can be made 24p and the DVD player adds the pull-down if required.
