What is the smartest way I can get to FCP after a one-light color grade in Redcine-X (with 4.5k WS files)?

I did the color grade already, now I want to transcode my files or whatever so when FCS arrives in the next couple of days I can hopefully start editing!

Also, can I use Clipfinder to transcode my Redcine-X graded files?

I'm brand new to this game, I just got my new Mac Pro this afternoon (First-time Apple user) and couldn't stop myself from using Redcine-X, which I believe is my only real option right now with 4.5k WS r3d files right?

Any information is helpful and greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks,
Adam

Use the Apple Pro Res HQ Codec,

We use it for pretty much everything we do, works great in FCP @ 1080 and 720.
Make sure when you scale you fit width and you'll end up with proper black bars at the top and bottom (hopefully)

I dont think Clipfinder with transcode anything from REDCINE X, i think you have to do it all in REDCINE X
