Running from 22nd to 24th February, a half day course for any film maker, camera assistant/operator or DIT, whether you are an industry professional or looking to start out. This short course will give you the ability to walk on set with a very good understanding of the RED One camera and RED DIT (Digital Image Technician).
No previous experience with the RED camera is required.
The 4-5 hour course will cover camera setup, camera operation, data management, tapeless and post workflow plus a Q&A session. At the end of the session there will be a DVD hand-out of all that was discussed during the day.
The course is £100 but there shall be a 25% discount to £75 for anyone on REDUSER.
Each course is limited to 6 places per session purely to keep things as hands on as possible. There shall be a separate, more in-depth DIT course in the future.
The Trainer
Callum Just has been working as a DIT and assistant with the RED camera since it’s release in 2007. His knowledge of all things RED comes from his work on feature and short films, music promos and advertising.
