"CONGRATULATIONS" to you all, are in place, as well as a most deserved "BRAVISSIMI" to JIM & His entire RED Team for this nothing short of
'FANTASTIC" achievement.

In this post I like to re-extend my original offer some time ago, so for those of you in need of HMI PAR'S, FRESNELS TUNGSTEN, AND FLOURECENT LIghts, Grip, Generators, Smog Machine, FCS2 MacBook Pro + 30" Cinema Display ecc.

My offer stands, Just CONTACT me and I will arrange, to my best of possibilities.

It is been a journey started in a Hospital bed, years later I had survive 16 surgeries, a kidney transplant, heart failure, resucitation, avoiding amputation to never walk again on my two legs, and at last surviving getting shot.

And now the impossible became reality " I'm walking on my two legs & working out hard to reclaime my strength, beating the ads all the way and now just knowing that my RED's are just around the corner to finally allow me to express my "STORYTELLING" vision with no limitation & non the less in 4k.

The RED journey also was said impossible, but yet here the RED cameras Have begin shipping out in far much better specs then originally posted and with no increase in price, now that's costumer loyalty at a level not seen before; again my congrats to all the RED team.

"Moderators" please be forgiven but as the REDuser is growing so much and many choices are available for posting, I do not know where it is best to post this one, so again forgive me if this is not the proper location and I put you at work to moved to the correct one!

After reading your replays to this post and the many e-mails & PM's I felt the need to EDIT for two reasons,

REASON 1):

I like to ask that your responses be posted here instead that be send to me by e-mail or PM, just so that all REDUSER's can read the most beautiful words you guys are writing me, I believe avery one of us needs a little inspiration and surely every one needs to know how supportive and very kind people the REDUSER's are.

"This community is just an incredible one."

REASON 2):

Most of your replays, especially the e-mails & PM's talk about

"INSPIRATION", " MOTIVATION", "AWSOME", "STRONG SPIRITED", & ...

So I felt strongly obligated to share something that I left out & now can not longer keep from you!

When in the hospital, in ITALY, one day, on june 8 (my Birthday) I injected my self with 10cc of air in to my jugular, used to perform Dialysis to keep me alive, I just could not longer take the pain and could not allow my beloved little sister to sacrifice on of Her kidneys for me, not when the way things where looking I was going to Die any way.

I felt so much pain, but most of all I felt "HORRIBLE" for what I had done.

My Brother enter the hospital room just a minute or two after with a Birthday cake on hand, GOD was watching, my brother screamed for help and I was saved, I permanently demage my Longs and a few Brain cells (there were already few left).

At last I was saved! By GOD? By my Brother? By a Guardian Angel for sure!

I wanted to post this as I felted compelled to do so by all of you, your support has been nothing short of Hearth touching and very lifting for my Spirit, I just wanted you all to know that I have done something horrible that no one should ever do!

I was left with no Hope, I did not see that Hope was there, it all ways was!

So I ask of you to never be left with no Hope, there all ways is "HOPE"

*** In a last note do make use of this offer it is totally for "FREE" all my gear it is seating in my garage and it will not be used by me till I get my RED's at the end of this year, this is both a way for me to help you and a way to get out of the house and in to the mist of a RED shoot.

The RED project has kept me going this past year &/half and this forum has become the center of my day, never have I felted so much Love from some one I had never even seen ones.

Jim said this should be a Forum were we help each other (not a quote)
and as you say I'm willing to help you with giving the use of my gear for free, you are already helping me.

Hi guys,

truly touched in the deepest of my hearth by all of you, witch have replay with kindness and hearth felt words of support, understanding and love.

We do not know each other, yet here we are, sharing kind words and very deep sentences and fillings that not even family members exchange often in off.

We are a group of Dreamers who believe...

..we believed in Jim and trusted He could deliver and He did

.. we believe in our self and we will deliver as well.

My dream it as been all ways to come to America and make movies, I'm here not making movies yet, but working on it, not an easy task to achieve after all, but no matter what I will bit the adds, my dream it is the only thing I got left and nothing is going to stop me to get there, nothing!

I'm preparing a new story about this last 3 years of events in my life, that no doubt left me a changed Man for ever, any one I speak about this project it is only interested in purchasing the story, but the story it is not for sale, I will make this movie cause I think will inspired people in need to be inspired but mostly to inspire my self and to give my sister due credits for what She has done, giving me one of Her kidneys and a second chance to life, I'm trying to get something to Mel Gibson as He is the one in whom I believe could most passionately understand where I want to take this story, I will do anything I can to get the story to Oprah and any were I can till it gets made.

Sorry if I got side tracked in to my self here, but I get very carried out some times and your responses made me wanting to share with you a bit more.

I'm very well recovered, medications do keep me down but not enogth to stop me.

in an earlier replay I wrote a true filling created by my fellow REDuser's, they touched my heart with deep words and kindness all over, your words have reached me in my very "SOUL" since my resusetation I have expirienced a complete new life full of things I could not see before, it is as if I had all ways had something over my eyes and now is there no more, the colors are vivid, everything smells good and my blood rushes true my body screaming for action.

I will one day enjoy the full extent of my new found gift "MY LIFE"

Every time I had to start over from ZERO I started stronger and end up with more then before, I believe your words as I fill something I had never felt before.

I do believe in giving as it give me more placer then recieving.

I do believe that GOD is in all of us and so is evil witch one we let out is up to each one of us.

One thing I truly believe is that if I survived all that I did has to be for a reason, it must be for a reason.

It is my joy to think what I can do for others.

I don't know Ketch apart from reading his posts on the forum here, but I think it's pretty amazing considering what he's been through, that he would even make an offer like this. What he's been thru would have most people withdrawing from the world, yet here he is, actively engaging it.

I contacted him in private last week to see if he could help me out with a shoot I'm doing in LA next week. I'm very pleased to say that he's going to be helping me out with a small light package, from the 16th thru the 23rd.
Now, I would have done the shoot regardless, but the fact that Ketch is willing to help out with gear now means that my shoot is going to look alot better, and my potential for success with it just went up 100%.

I just think it's pretty amazing.

I would love nothing more, and I do have a little clip for my web intro that can only be shot with RED in 4K as it is very visual and color vivid, were a bed of rose petals become a women and then dissolve to petals again, so I will pick you up on your offer as soon as you can and I will be talking to my CGI guy.

Hello ,

My name is Juan Elgueta, im writing from Chile and i have a small production company. I'm looking to buy a red camera, but first or meanwhile, due to my location in the world, i would like to have the oportunity to participate only as a viewer or assistant in some shootings with the red so i can get and understanding and know how of the camera and it's processes. Also at a level of post production, downloading material etc. I have work with digital cameras and film cameras for the last 10 years. I can work almost in every field of the business, and i'm willing to do it for free just to have teh chance to get close to a red camera before I buy it or menawhile i wait it's delivery.
I know this has nothing to do with your statement but I don't have many choices and the online course doesn't convince me. If you can help me, i would really apreciate and who knows maybe later, I could be a helping hand for you. I studdy film in new york and my english is very good.
