Is there an iphone (and by extension Ipad) app that would allow me to use an Ipad as something of a replacement for the standard HD monitor?

Neither one has a video input.

I think it is possible although I am still in the process of trying. Problem is though that it adds a couple of seconds delay to the video.

There's video input since you can attach devices to it, if it can output it can surely input too, given I'm guessing it would be limited only to output...
As always...there's Jailbreaking available if thats the case :smile:

I don't know much about slingboxes but don't you need an internet connection for it?
