matching audio in rocket cine

So it looks like there is an option to merge external audio with the clips in the transcoding process but I cant seem to get it to work. Can anybody explain to me exactly how one does it?

Also, is it possible to get rid of the audio from the video files all together and just use the audio from an external source.

Additional info:

the audio files are .wav files and I am transcoding to ProRes 422 2k

Hi Rob,
Only BWF files will work with the merge / sync tool. If you don't have any BWF files, you'll have to sync the audio in a different program.

You can choose to turn the camera audio off in the export settings.
