R3D Maximum Size?

Is there a maximum size (in GBiytes) that R3D files can be?

I noticed on one of our 16GB cards that one of the clip folders had 2 R3D files in it. One had about a third of the shot on it and the other 2 thirds.

Is this normal?

Yes. Files are always cut off at 2GB due to FAT filesystem restrictions.
